I was referred to Ideal Building from a friend. My friend had told me that Ideal Building was really good to work with and I found out first hand for that to be true.

The project I needed was a new office/warehouse space since we had out grown our current location in Des Moines. In working with Ideal Building they were able to take care of every aspect of the project. They designed my new space to my needs, provided drawings for the City of Seatac, handled the permit process, worked on my project with professionalism, and gave me a finished product that I am not only proud of but clients and vendors all comment how beautiful it is.

Throughout my project I was in contact with Robert Martini who was able to have the design knowledge to make some very useful recommendations that I don’t feel most contractors would have seen. Because of this attention to detail and customer service I am now in the process of working with them on doing a 2 phased $450,000 project on my home. It is only because I feel very comfortable with Ideal Building and their crew that I would invite them to do work in my home.

I would strongly recommend Ideal Building as a contractor to anyone for any project. They are truly a pleasure to work with.
