We are very pleased to recommend Robert Martini and Bill Gehri of Ideal Building. We contracted with Ideal for a major remodel and addition to our home in 2007, and their construction, workmanship and design abilities far exceeded our expectations. We have recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors as well. Indeed, it was through a colleague’s recommendation of Ideal that we found them in the first place, and word of mouth is the best recommendation anyone can have.

Our project encompassed the addition and expansion of a garage, a complete tear-down and rebuild of a kitchen and bath, additional interior painting, and the construction of a fireplace in the living room. We found it a pleasure to work with Robert and his staff, and we were able to live through the process in the house. They were timely (and often early), and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and style. Their initial bid was accurate – and we expanded the scope of work considerably as we moved through the project.
