To Whom It May Concern:

We used Ideal Building to add a garage and bonus room onto the front of our home. The existing attached carport was very dated, leaky, and unsafe. We had several contractors come to our home and provide bids and while Ideal was not the lowest bid, there courtesy and professional approach proved well worth the extra cost. Ultimately, we had the entire front of our home updated as well as some windows replaced. Throughout the job, we were given estimated completion dates for each stage and invoice dates. There were no surprises. Bill and Robert often made very savvy suggestions that in the end, really made a big difference in the finished look of our home. Never did we feel pressure to go beyond our initial plans though we did have many change orders as a result of our own design wants and needs. Before it was all over, the entire front of our home was remodeled. Our home now has amazing curb appeal and the transformation was well worth it. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the look and feel of our remodel.

In addition to Bill and Robert, the Ideal staff and subcontractors were both clean and courteous. All the employees we encountered were great and we never worried about leaving our house open to them. Before they left at the end of the day, they were really good about cleaning up so we didn’t have to worry about our children getting into the construction mess. In short we would highly recommend Ideal Building to anyone looking to remodel or do new construction. We plan to hire them again in the near future to do some more remodeling to the interior of our home.
