My husband and I have used Ideal Building for two remodeling projects, and we recommend their services highly. In 2003 we contracted with Ideal Building for a major remodel of the main living space of our house. This involved some demolition as well as reworking of the kitchen, dining room, family room, and a bathroom. Robert Martini and his associates made our first remodel as easy as one could imagine, even moving furniture and appliances downstairs so we could stay in the house during most of the work. We were very impressed by their work ethic, their quality of work, their timeliness, and their ability to stay on budget. Robert was very accessible and went out of his way to maintain good communication with us. Even now, five years later, we are very happy with the results.

We also used Ideal Building to remodel two additional bathrooms in 2005. We contracted with Robert without getting any other bids because we were so pleased with the results of the first remodel. Again, the work went smoothly, and we remain very pleased with the results.

We have recommended Ideal Building to friends and associates, and we would use their services without hesitation on any future projects.
